- On the next day, cut cabbage to small pieces. Cut sweet potatoes to thick slices. Cut onions to thin strips.
- Heat up a pan and add oil. Then add onions and cook until soft on medium/high heat. Add sweet potatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes or till they start turning golden brown on the surface. Add cabbage and mix well.
- Push all the veggies to the side of the pan and leave the center empty. Add marinated chicken to the center. Keep cooking the chicken in the center. When chicken is almost fully cooked, mix it with veggies.
- Add the previous leftover spicy sauce to the pan and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes
