- Preheat oven to 375°
- Trim fat from chicken breast
- Wrap chicken with Bacon (about 2 1/2 strips each) and use toothpick to hold together. (I dunked the toothpicks in water for 5 minutes so they don't burn in the oven). Place into oven for approximately 35-45 mintues. (Depending on size of chicken breast)
- Meanwhile, Combine the Dijon Mustard, Honey, Raw Sugar, Chilli Powder, Ground Cloves, Salt n Pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- @ approximately 30 mintues, switch oven to Broil and flip chicken over and brush chicken generously with Sticky Mustard Glaze. Place back into oven. Do this for the next 10-15 mintues till all the glaze is gone.
